1.Quality Objectives and Standards

2.Raw Material Procurement and Evaluation

We will procure high-quality raw materials from reliable suppliers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Establish a raw material evaluation procedure to inspect and test each batch of raw materials, including but not limited to:

Paper Quality: Check the strength, thickness, and smoothness of the paper.

Ink and Coating Quality: Inspect adhesion and resistance to fading.

 

3.Production Process Control

Develop clear production process flows, including material preparation, printing, forming, packaging, and other stages.

Implement strict production process control measures to ensure compliance with the required standards.

Monitor and inspect critical stages, including but not limited to:

Temperature Control: Ensure that the temperature during production meets the requirements.

Printing Quality: Check for clarity, alignment, and color accuracy.

Dimensional Measurement: Inspect cup height, diameter, and tilt.

 

4.Quality Inspection and Testing

Establish quality inspection standards and procedures for critical stages and final products.

Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, including but not limited to:

Paper Quality: Conduct tensile strength tests and thickness measurements.

Ink and Coating Quality: Perform adhesion tests and abrasion resistance tests.

Conduct inspections and tests on finished products, including but not limited to:

Dimensional Measurement: Check cup height, diameter, and tilt.

Printing Quality: Inspect for clarity, alignment, and color accuracy.

Establish a non-conformance handling procedure, including classification, recording, and appropriate actions for non-conforming products.
